Feature request - Compare and synchronize files and folders

Hei!

Would it be possible to implement the functionality of comparing and synchronizing files and folders.

With options to compare files by content.

For example Total Commander and Krusader have this functionality (Krusader example).

As I already said in the previous issue, I don't have much time to work on fcd right now, so don't expect any new features for a while.

I'm not sure that this feature belongs to fcd to be honest.
File compare & sync is a complex enough topic that I think is best left to dedicated tools (for file compare personally I use meld, and for file sync I personally use rsync).
