Project status: MVP — stabilization first, external contributions temporarily on hold

Where the project stands

Zeph is currently at the MVP stage. All of the minimum required functionality is already implemented. The current focus is not on adding new features, but on optimizing and stabilizing the existing ones — performance, reliability, and consistency across the feature set.

Contribution policy

While this stabilization work is in progress, the project is not accepting external contributions: pull requests and feature work from third-party developers will not be accepted at this stage.

Once the first stable release is out, the project will open up to new contributors who want to improve or extend it. That will be announced separately.

Bug reports and feedback via issues are welcome in the meantime.
