fix(integrations): restore Eve catalog wiring (#2684)

## Summary

- restore the Eve dependency entry that was dropped from the root pnpm
catalog during stacked-PR conflict resolution
- regenerate the lockfile so the Eve workspace importer and required
transitive entries are present
