It would be possible to manage the tool in an agile way with Pollen.
Is it possible to add to the code the option to close all waiting jobs at once?
We have several closed cases where the tasks were not started, during the case closing process the tasks should have been automatically closed but it did not happen, it remains as Waiting Task.
