Each teammate is not represented by a unique color as mentioned in the user guide

The User Guide mentions that each teammate is represented by a unique color:

However, teammates Roy, Ding Dong and Irfan are all represented by the same color, which can make it harder to identify whose schedule is what.

Thank you for the bug report.

Our team thinks that this is not in scope for the following reasons:

1. The users are not assigned the same color.
2. There are multiple ways to distinguish the timetables for a particular member even in the case that their color is similar.
3. The primary use of the timetable view is to find common availabilities, and it does serve this function well.
4. Fixing this is not possible and improving on this is of low priority. There are only so many shades of colors that are both significantly different with each other and contrast with the background.

We also believe that it should be a severity.Low type.FeatureFlaw as the issue only causes a minor inconvenience. If the user wanted the module schedule of a particular contact, they should have done one of the following:

1. Look at the teammate view, where the module details for each contact is listed separately.
2. Use person find to filter the view of the timetable.

Additionally, the user could have simply moused over the timetable slot to distinguish between the contacts.

Colour scheme for various users is very similar, making it hard to read the timetable view

Currently, the colours assigned to teammates in the teammate view are very similar, so it can be hard to distinguish between them. Some users even have the same colour.

Reason for disagreement: I disagree with the claim that the users are not assigned the same color, as is clearly shown in the video.
However, I do agree that it does not affect functionality that much in terms of finding common available time slots.
So I think at least the phrase "Each teammate is represented by a different color for swift identification" from the User Guide should be removed as it is disingenuous.
