Request: Provide rewritten urls for aka.ms links in Github repos

Consider the following case where a GitHub author has included a legacy tracking code within a url behind an aka.ms redirect. It’d be cool if this tool could check the redirect value and see if it is an alias for a docs / learn url and replace it with a plain url + web trends code. To be clear, I am not suggesting to update the aka.ms link per se, just replace with an instrumented link to the doc / learn url.
