Option to move the TV OSD to fit in 4:3 displays?

Hello and thanks for all the work you've done with this fork! it really improved a lot the experience while playing with composite cables. So i'm currently using a vga crt pc monitor with the gbsc pro and it works absolutely fine, but when scaling the picture to fill up the screen part of the TV OSD end ups being cut, and while is not entirely unreadable and most of it can be interpreted some settings in the input and av menu become more difficult to set, especially in 480p output. Is there a way to put a setting to move the TV OSD to correct this?

480/576p and 960/1024p are 4:3
Only 720p and 1080p are only in 16:9

In the first two resolutions, the OSD should also be in 4:3.

Sorry I assumed that the 480p displayed was actually in widescreen to fit more properly in lcd tvs without stretching the image, guess i was wrong. The OSD still doesn't display properly in that resolution

Since i can move the monitor display position i can correct this issue in the other 4:3 resolutions, but in 480p for some reason if i adjust to set the OSD in the left upper corner i cannot move the image to fit to the left of the screen without stretching it too much and even increasing the borders to the maximum doesn't allow to move it enough. It's still a minor issue anyways but if possible an option to move the OSD would be nice

There is an option in the OSD where you can shift, compress, and stretch the video signal so that it fits the respective display.

Yes, but by screen settings alone isn't enough to fix this, at least without stretching too much the image to the point it isn't actual 4:3. With the developer settings it seems it can be fixed, but pushing the image to the left with this causes the line filter setting to glitch out and display really dark scanlines only in the left side
