Automatic clean-up of disused branches

Changes to the Actions workflow in brille have added automated documentation for all brille branches. The produced HTML pages will persist in this repository forever, even if their source-branches are removed.

• Add an Actions workflow to periodically remove pages under brille.github.io/branch/ which no longer have a corresponding source branch.
