For what it's worth, it seems that owl-deepcopy in its latest version now works with node 6 with mongoose-schema-extend. However because of the need for harmony_proxies flag when running node I am not using mongoose-extend-schema in its latest release but rather 0.2.0 which is the last release for that change (see docs).
I am running node 6.9.1 and my copy of owl-deepcopy via mongoose-schema-extend is 0.0.6.
According to this issue, Node doesn't require the --harmony_proxies flag anymore. It would be nice if @briankircho could confirm this, though, and update the docs to reflect this, if that is the case.
