Issue:
When making a payment to an LNURL using another Misty wallet, the receiving device's balance and transaction history fail to update for an extended period. The payment is sent successfully, but the receiving device does not reflect the updated balance or show the transaction in the history for over 10 minutes.
The payment eventually appears after approximately 13 minutes.
Steps to Reproduce:
Initiate a payment to an LNURL from one Misty wallet to another.
Confirm the payment is sent from the sending wallet.
Check the receiving device's balance and transaction history.
Observe that the balance and history do not update immediately.
Expected Behavior:
The receiving device's balance and transaction history should update within a few seconds of the payment being sent.
