How can I make the blue editor button visible again?

I accidentally turned off the editor blue button (icon on the top-right corner) in VSCode. How can I make it visible again?

Same request. I use this extension with my students. Somehow the blue 'run' icon disappears and students think the server cannot be used anymore.
