generateAccessToken() does not work #5

I cannot make it work. Anytime I call generateAccessToken(), it raises

(node:3836) UnhandledPromiseRejectionWarning: Unhandled promise rejection (rejection id: 2): Error: Can't set headers after they are sent.

Using the Official dotnet SDK with the same "authorization code", I can get access_token normally.
