Marconi no longer exists, replaced with Leonardo

I've added a new 'leonardo' branch, that is based on the 'marconi' one. Will delete the old marconi branch.

I haven't got Python set up for BOUT++ on Leonardo, so I haven't been able to run the tests. If someone can run them, please report success/failure here.
