Questions about implementation details

These are usage questions, not sure they are really issues:

1. Any reason why all 4 tools are installed? Is that so you allow developers to use any tools? For me, I'd like an option to limit the install to just cursor rules
2. Should the tools folder be installed in the target folder automatically?
3. Might be nice to add a pre-commit hook to reformat all the markdowns so markdownlint doesn't complain about so much:

1. Simply because I did not developed complex rule distribution configuration
2. Same as above. I provide several tools for AI coding assistants. There is no special design for turn on or turn off tools. For tools related rules, see rule_sets/light-spec/01-rules/06-rules_v1.md. If you don't want tools, you can delete the description of the delete rule part and delete the tools folder. I haven't have plan to update more sofisticate rules distribution.
3. I haven't studied markdownlint issue. no context what it is.
