macOS has a setting that allows applications to "minimise windows into application icon". So instead of showing next to the trash they will minimise into the icon. I think most users are probably using that by now.
Unfortunately, Vorta does not respect that. In fact, it has no dock icon at all.
You can force it into dock by dragging it there, but when you click minimize, the extra minimised window next to the trash will appear. If you have a dock icon and then click on the red close button, the app will disappear and then can't be recovered from the dock.
I'd just appreciate it if worked with the dock like any other application out there.
