Support for Webhook/Notifications?

Would it be possible for to add support for the webhook/notification API's as well? I'm working on advanced Homebridge plugin that also supports web hooks so I can update status in Homekit when the Rachio Controller Schedule kicks in.

I would need support for getting, adding, and deleting notifications, as documented here
