Installing extension causes installation error #30
Description
I am running Brackets Release 1.14 build 1.14.0-17740 (release 329d08ffc)
build timestamp: Fri Apr 26 2019 18:14:42 GMT+0100 on Windows 10 Pro for Workstations.
I searched for the extension and clicked on install. The installation failed so I uninstalled and tried again. No dice. Please see the attached screenshot.
