New Field - Parking type

LA wants us to add a new parking-related field to the building features section. This field should be under a new feature toggle enableParkingType and it should only be on in LA / Angelopolis.

In partners, it should be an optional multi-select checkbox group field under Building features. The title should be Parking types and the options should be:

• On street
• Off street
• Garage
• Carport

In public, it should live with the other building features under the Features heading at the bottom. The heading should be Parking types and we will need to add manual google translations for the heading and options. We should show this as a bullet list.

AC:

• Field shows on partners site
• Field shows on public site
• Field translates on public site
• Field shows in export if every jurisdiction has the toggle enabled

Question for Design or @emilyjablonski - LAHD didn't specify a section here. I think it makes the most sense under building features but up to feedback on that.

@sarahlazarich What is this supposed to look like on the public site? This is the existing section for the text area fields. Is the expectation that parking type is a comma separated list of text, or should it be a list? And then should the two new fields be in any particular order, or just at the bottom?

Also can I assume fee should not be a text entry, but a currency entry?

Lastly, to match our other fields, can we name it Parking types instead of Parking type because it's a multiselect?
