因为有断点续连功能，分了很多 chunk，需要考虑一下兼容 server 的配置

前端组件配置 coreProps.restrictions, 参考 https://uppy.io/docs/uppy/#restrictions
配置成 server 限制的大小即可, chunkSize 还是有必要的
