详细描述

https://caniuse.com/?search=HEIC

目前各大浏览器不支持 HEIC，只有苹果系支持

Chrome 能上传，但是无法展示
苹果系
- iOS Safari 上传后会转为 jpeg，但是就无法展示了，很怪异 => 排查后发现跟 sharp 有点关系
- Mac Safari 一切正常

目前没有好的解决方法
