Describe the problem

Placing an item on an empty Cutting Board (farmersdelight:cutting_board) (i.e. Cherry Iron Knife, Iron Pickaxe etc.)
and rightclicking it to retrieve it into a locked inventory slot results in the retrieved item in the desired slot but having a duplicate illusion in the next available slot. Reproducable multiple times with the initial item, not the duplicate illusions.

I have tried to reproduce the problem with only or without "Inventory Profiles Next" and its dependencies installed.

Unfortunately this is not something IPN can changed. What slots contain is handled server side. The client is just informed for the state if the inventory.

So when the item is taken from the block the server sends packet with the updated content of the inventory. IPN move the item out of the locked slot and a packet for the action is send to the server. Then it's expected the server to update the state of the inventory.

Looks like the server or the client doesn't fully process the item move, which leads to the ephemeral item.
