Toggle to disable the scroll wheel sort order changing

Somehow I always keep changing the sort order used by IPN, and given the only way to change it is to scroll on the sort button (or go into settings), that seems like the most likely culprit.

So it would be very nice to have an option to change the behavior of scrolling on the button. E.g. make it require holding shift, or just disabling it entirely

A stop-gap measure for now is to just entirely disable buttons, which sure works, as I just use a hotkey to sort anyway. Which btw resets the position carefully aligned in the overlay editor...

This is the kind of issue I ask people to go through discord first.

It's described as feature request. But in actuality is 1 feature request and 2 possible bugs/problems.

By putting in one issue you make it impossible to properly track the 3 problems.

So pleas join out discord so because the 2 problems you describe should be impossible and will probably need your input for me to even be close to reproducing them.
