Split script generation into its own file

Right now, scripts are generated in txs.ts. This will also involve changing imports in other files, so check if it builds with yarn build/npm run build and passes the tests (yarn test / npm run test).

Note that this and #49 have the potential to cause merge conflicts, so like work together on this.
