DAVx⁵ with Seedvault Backup

DAVx⁵ is completely compatible with Seedvault backup, which is now preinstalled in all LineageOS installations.

To configure backups with Seedvault:

1. Access DAVx⁵, and configure a new WebDAV mount.
2. Now access your Seedvault configuration screen. It's usually in your system's backup settings, or as a shortcut in your applications launcher.
3. If you don't have any DAVx⁵ WebDAV mount configured, this will show up (left), once configured correctly, all of your mounts will be displayed (right).

4. Once you choose your mount, a loading screen will appear, and all of your backup options will be available. Backups will be created at the root directory of your mount inside a directory called `.SeedVaultAndroidBackup`

this setup unfortunately doesn't work with nginx server and its WebDAV modules ngx_http_dav_module and nginx-dav-ext-module, maybe because of bug/issue in the nginx-dav-ext-module described here #41: it doesn't display unix hidden files (dot files). and since SeedVault creates hidden folder named .SeedVaultAndroidBackup which is not visible by DavX5, one cannot use a stack like 'nginx+webdav module <-> DavX5 <-> SeedVault <-> AOSP'

@jt0in3e Did you managed to work arround this limitation? Maybe you switched to another webdav implementation/server?

I also tried to run a webdav mount with nginx and I could not get it working.
I switched to apache which worked great.
