Show closest intersection for delivery location

This came up from some user feedback, and in general something that the spreadsheets have that we don't have in the app

There's a hard way to do this which uses some map magic and an easy way which is to ask a human to input it when they set up addresses (https://github.com/nfftt/portal does that).

Probably not a priority but it would definitely make peoples lives easier

There is a case to be made for a small, manual notes field that could replace the neighborhood shown to riders. This would also solve other possible scenarios, such as identifying deliveries going to the same building, etc

We're thinking that the easiest thing to do is add a "closest intersection" field to locations, and have a toggle show on a map as a later ticket
