Expected behavior

When you go to the settings page it is unclear what is a primary or secondary action as everything uses a blue that isn't native WordPress primary action. It's all the same level and color.

Actual behavior

This is what you see currently:

Workaround or possible solution

Whilst I understand the 'steps' won't be showing once site is setup. This is hard to understand for many to work out next action. I would recommend the following:

  1. Use native WordPress primary and secondary buttons. This includes their coloring.
  2. Have primary action then secondary ones.
  3. Additional extra step could be to have auto save over 'save changes' at the top which isn't as expected in all settings and feels like primary action.
