Create Millstone recipes not working correctly.

Describe the Bug
Many of the food recipes involving the millstone do not work at all. Tested in single player as well; for example, in wheat-to-flour, the wheat never gets processed. I also tried a melon block cut into nine slices, but it didn't work either. I tried a couple of the Farmer's Delight recipes, like the cooked chicken to half chicken, but they also do not work. Another set of recipes that do not work are ingots to nuggets, stone to cobblestone,

Recipes that are working are: plants to dye, sugar cane to sugar, wool to string, sandstone to sand, and gravel to flint

Same issue, overlapping recipes? ie wheat turns into "flour" AND "wheat flour"

The exception thrown in the provided log file above is related to FTB Quests JEI plugin rather than the milling issue, I think it's likely a red herring and unrelated. I have been able to get the millstone to provide flour from wheat but I need to let it mostly process another working recipe first (I was using cobblestone->gravel) then remove that item and add the wheat so it may be processing time related. I've found the following report from the Farmer's Delight mod creator about millstone recipes hanging when they don't include a valid processing_time value and generating no useful log entries (Creators-of-Create/Create#8988), I think this is what we're seeing here.

For some added details, the broken recipe set appears to be the list of recipes which can be crafted through either the Farm & Charm mincer or the Create millstone, the working millstone recipes are those not compatible with the mincer. The recipes are only broken for the millstone and not for the crushing wheels, I can get flour out of the wheels but it does come out as Farm and Charm flour. I don't know much about Minecraft mod compatibility but it seems like the Mincing recipe category from Farm and Charm is messing with the Milling recipe category from Create in some way.
