no updates device since 18 days

Good morning,

Since 18 days i get no updates from my solaredge. The ip is correct and port as well. When i telnet my device on the port it opens the connection.

Have you any idea what it could be?

I also installed the new test app on my homey and try to re add the device. Still issues with the updates. Now they are even all empty.

thank you i will look into it when i am back home. yesterday i did a telnet to this ip on port 1502 and it got connected. strange.

maybe some firewall rule or wifi restriction and your pc/laptop has more rights or is on a LAN

i changed the port to 502 and it seems more stable. havent changed anything in my network. Maybe my isp their router is blocking traffic internally no idea. but now i know where it is coming from. Atm it seems stable again. Thank you.
