I wrote a new version of ForceAtlas2 that is now available and actively tested and maintained at github.com/irahorecka/pyforceatlas2. This release also introduces lin-log parameter adjustments—an enhancement not possible in the previous library.

There are already a couple of versions of FA2 out there, so let’s try to keep things clear and simple for everyone :) Could you please explain in detail the changes you made in your repo compared to fa2_modified? If the changes make sense, we can merge them here so others can simply update the library instead of changing the codes.

@AminAlam, I appreciate your work on the original project, but I’ve taken the library in a different direction with a dedicated PyPI release. Users now have the choice between both versions based on their needs.
