Port to vaadin 10+

Hi,

I'm not sure if it's possible in a nice manner, but would it be possible to port this beatiful flot wrapper to vaadin 10+? I know that e.g. AbstractJavaScriptComponent is not available in vaadin 10+, so how could this be done? I have exactly the problem of migrating to vaadin 10+ (version 12 at the time being), but I'm not sure how...
If we find a solution, I would be willing to contribute to port this small wrapper to vaadin 10 and push it to this repo

Hello, frankly I don't know much about Vaadin 10 and upwards. Please open a pull request if you manage to port this to Vaadin 10+. Thank you.
