Add "trim" and/or "fuzz" commands

Many images sometimes have white borders. While it's most ideal to directly upload an image without any white borders, it can sometimes take a while to do a whole image database conversion to remove them all.

Trim and Fuzz should be able to handle this situation, it would be great if mod_dims supported it.
