Currently only ubuntu2004_arm64 is supported for testing linux aarch64.
Ubuntu 20.04 is old enough that it does not support c++20, which is a pre-requisite for some libraries.
For an example, see asio-grpc.
It would be great to have CI support for testing modern ubuntu on aarch64 / arm64.
