Encrypted Cloud Sync

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently the database is not encrypted when synced to the remote cloud file system.

Describe the solution you'd like
Encrypt the database files before uploading and remove any existing cloud sync files that are unencrypted.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Encrypting the database directly with sqlcipher but that poses a different set of problems.
