Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
There isn't currently anyway to export accounts, payees, and transactions.

Describe the solution you'd like
Implement an IExportLogic or IExportService to be able to handle various new export providers such as csv

Additional context
Ideally this will include the interface, UI, logic, and other components to get a basic export running.
