Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When you click to do an Envelope Transfer there is nothing prepopulated for the amount.

Describe the solution you'd like
Default envelope transfer amount to the opposite amount of the ToEnvelope if that amount is negative and the current transfer is $0
