Allow changing of Schedule on Envelope Transfer Page

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
To change which schedule you’re affecting with an Envelope Transfer, you have to go to the Envelopes Page and change it there which is cumbersome.

Allow the user to change the Schedule on the Envelope Transfer Page.
