Add unit tests to cover the following scenarios:

  • Able to save user created debt envelopes
  • Able to transfer
  • Able to transfer to user created debt envelopes
  • Verify GetPopulatedEnvelope called on all Envelope getters
  • GetPopulatedEnvelope translates group
  • GetBufferEnvelope actually returns buffer envelope not income
