Filter by tag using hashtags in the filter search box

It's incredibly useful to be able to filter cards by tags. To do so, I need to use my pointer to click on the "Expand Filter Options" button and then select the tag manually from the drop-down list. I would love to be able to just enter a tag name preceded by a hashtag (eg #my-tag) in the filter search box in order to filter by that tag.

If I try to do this currently, it simply creates a text-matching filter for "#my-tag"
