Approve With Feedback

sometimes i provide feedback but i don't care precisely how it's interpreted, i trust it.

can we either

• allow feedback with approval
• pop-up warning on approval when feedback exists with options
  • cancel
  • delete all feedback & approve

This should be enabled for both OpenCode and Pi.

Claude Code: it's not possible with the hook system (if the goal is to stay integrated with plan mode)
