Multiple users want this interface in order to export plans to different apps besides the built-in notes apps.

Here's a summary of all features requested across the issue and its comments:

Core Plan Lifecycle Hooks (original request by pmcmick)

• PlanModeEntered — fires when the user/Claude Code enters planning mode
• PlanCreated — fires when a new plan is saved
• PlanModeExited — fires when the user exits planning mode (implying plan acceptance and action)
• PlanProgress (optional) — fires when an individual plan step is marked completed
• PlanCompleted — fires when all tasks in a plan are completed

Hook Payload Data (suggested fields)

• Session ID
• Plan title
• Plan status (in progress, approved, updated, etc.)

Additional Hooks Requested in Comments
