Codex Support

Any thought gone into Codex support? For me to get around Claude limits, i've been using Codex, and pairing Codex with Claude Code. (e.g. one builds, the other reviews). I know the hooks aren't that mature, but i'd love to have /plannotator-annotate support in Codex.

I use codex daily - ill get this in a more formal way. I was going to test a skill for plan mode.
