"Active" select-all checkbox in stock settings for product is non-functional

When you are in the stock control page for a product (node/XX/edit/stock) the "Active" checkbox on the table header is always on and doesn't work at all.

Noticed that when I was tinkering yesterday and made a mental note to file an issue, but got sidetracked. I'll look into this, too.

@bugfolder, here's a PR to fix that. Backdrop's tableselect is slightly different from D7, and requires the attribute data-tableselect-id to be set in order to work.

I can confirm that the PR works.

However, the other thing that bugs me is having the line break between the checkbox and ACTIVE. Seems like some CSS tweaking would fix that and that could be rolled into this PR? I'm no CSS expert, but this seems to work down to ~634px width:
