When I tested on Libero, some tasks exhibited the aforementioned issues, while others did not, and the model successfully completed those tasks. Do you think this affects the model's performance on Libero, or is this normal?

Check /processing_action_tokenizer.py — it should be doing the truncation and padding there.
It looks not normal, maybe you can also check the frames and action frames hyper-parameters for inference.
