Reorganize Android Setup Page and Steps

Issue

Currently the initial Setup has too many pages which have unnecessary separated steps into their own pages

The setup lacks the ability to have multiple steps (buttons) in one page so i suggest we add that ability and combine all 3 permession steps into one page and the user directory and applications directory steps into one page as well

This will make setup much quicker and allow us to add new pages in the future more easily and without adding too many new pages for each step
