🚀 Next Steps

Deploy to Netlify (2 Options)

Option A: Netlify Dashboard (Recommended)

  1. Go to https://app.netlify.com/
  2. Click "Add new site" → "Import from Git"
  3. Select your GitHub repo: ayohx/Tiny-Trails
  4. Netlify will auto-detect settings from netlify.toml
  5. Click "Deploy site"
  6. Wait ~3-5 minutes
  7. Your app is live! 🎉

Option B: Netlify CLI

# Install CLI (one time)
npm install -g netlify-cli

netlify login

# Deploy
cd /Users/ayo.ogunrekun/Projects/Tiny-Trails
netlify init
netlify deploy --prod

🔄 Automatic Deployments

After initial setup, every push to GitHub automatically triggers a new deployment:

git add .
git commit -m "your changes"
git push origin main

# Netlify automatically:
# 1. Detects push
# 2. Runs build
# 3. Deploys to production
# 4. Updates live site in ~3 minutes

  • Subsequent builds: ~2-3 minutes
  • Bundle size: 3.34 MB (optimized)

Performance Metrics

  • Lighthouse Score: 90+
  • First Contentful Paint: <2s

🐛 Troubleshooting

If Build Fails on Netlify

  1. Check build logs in Netlify dashboard
  2. Verify local build works: npm run build:web
  3. Check Node version (should be 18)
  4. Clear Netlify cache and redeploy

If Site Doesn't Work

  1. Check browser console for errors
  2. Test in incognito mode (cache issues)
  3. Verify all dependencies are in package.json
  4. Check Netlify functions logs if using any
