Separate Map Editor and Game into different Apps

- Put map editing features behind a flag
- Leave ability to turn flag on in game mode via a menu, but pause game when on
- For editor, just a copy of the main app, but no animation loop, so sprites shouldn't move. 
- Could be hacked quickly by leaving pause always True with no option to turn off, but better solution would be to remove the animation loop
