Unable to generate true Global presigned url using MRAP in NodeJS.

I am able to create presigned url Using MRAP ARN but when opening the URL there getting error of region boundaries.
If have created using us-east-1 it must be opened in that region. Even trying with signingRegion : "*" also not working.
