Support private image for PKI instances.
In some cases for improving security and application management, it is needed to use private, created by Internal Security Team images for PKI infrastructure.
Currently, these templates use System Manager parameter store for searching the latest AMI image.
System Manager parameter store doesn't support private AMI images search.
