Can Rain help me build a single template from multiple snippet modules.

One of the most anoying thing about CF Templates is that there is no good way to maintain the different sections of the template as different module. Meaning. One module for Metadata, One for Parameters, One for Mappings, Conditions, Resources, and Outputs. To be honest. The only section I really manage is the Resources section unless I am adding things like new AMIs, SG ....

So can I use the rain merge command to merge all these pieces into one template that I can then deploy? If not then my only option to end my Template headache is to finally make the jump to OpenTofu.
