#16 needs a pre-release version of jsonschema. For now, we're using pip to install that. Once a stable version is released, we need to undo changes to the README and buildspec.yml, as well as pin the jsonschema version in setup.py so people will always have a version that supports draft-6.

Pinned the latest alpha release from 30 Sep in setup.py in #25 , which should tide us over.

Need to keep tracking https://pypi.org/project/jsonschema/#history and python-jsonschema/jsonschema#470. This is a blocker for anything other than RPDK beta releases IMO.

That issue was recently closed, so it's possible a new release is imminent. Nothing on PyPI yet though.
